With thirty years of professional experience and a horticultural degree with an emphasis in business, Rick Craig founded a Greener Vision to provide the community with exceptional horticultural products and services.

He sees the need for knowledgeable professionals to perform garden design and landscape maintenance. Too often landscaping was done in haste or without the knowledge of what are the best practices for the specific plant and season. Through his many years as a buyer in the industry, he possess horticultural contracts that allow him to bring a wide array of products to market. Rick is passionate about his craft and loves sharing it with others. He has an extensive business background with experience in managing several multi-million dollar businesses. Rick knows his market and has the business background to make a difference.

Rick has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Horticulture and Business from Penn State University. He is accredited by the Illinois Green Industry Association with an Illinois Certified Nursery Pro Certificate and was named Illinois Certified Nursery Professional of the Year in 2001.
